The wine is a deep red ruby, with purple highlights and a light mousse and rim of the same color. It has an intense flavor and an exquisite body. It is well-balanced in terms of acidity, and lightly fruity. It leaves a pleasant aftertaste of bitter cherries. Cella Lambrusco is easy to drink and ideal for every day. It is excellent as an aperitif and goes well with typical Emilian pastries and desserts.
Lambrusco dell'Emilia Bianco IGT
The Cella Bianco is a blend of selected grapes and has a luminescent color. It is dry but delicate and fruity. Cella Bianco is well suited to the tastes of American consumers. The wine is pale straw yellow, with greenish highlights. Its bouquet is delicate, fresh and fruity. On the palate it is well-balanced and slightly sweet, with pleasant fruity flavors and a clean finish.
Lambrusco dell'Emilia Rosato IGT
Cella Lambrusco Emilia Rosato is produced with Lambrusco grapes grown in the area surrounding Sorbara and S. Croce, in the Province of Modena, in northern Italy. This wine is characterized by a lively pink mousse and a pale rosé color. The bouquet is fresh, delicate and fruity, with a distinct scent of violets. On the palate it is fresh, lively, pleasantly rounded, smooth and fruity.
