Lambrusco Cella is produced by Civ&Civ at their
Winery which is located in Emilia-Romagna, a region of
North-Central Italy. Civ&Civ is a cooperative company
which was founded in 1961 and now has over 3000 Associated
Grape Growers.
There are 6 CIV&CIV wineries in the provinces of Modena
and Bologna, with a large state of the art bottling line
also situated in Modena. Completing the CIV&CIV corporate
structure are a number of other wineries located within
Emilia-Romagna.
CIV&CIV operate in the following manner: the grapes,
harvested by the partner growers are transported to the
wineries where the wine making process takes place according
to strict quality control standards. The wine is then
taken to the central Bottling Center in Modena, where
it is bottled and packaged before being distributed throughout
Italy and the rest of the world.
