Lambrusco dell'Emilia Rosato IGT Champagne Cork
Cella Lambrusco dell’Emilia Rosato IGT is produced in the area around Sorbara and S. Croce, in the Province of Modena.
This pale rosé has a pink mousse. Its fresh, delicate and fruity bouquet has a distinct fragrance of violets. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, appealingly soft, well-balanced and fruity.

Servings temperatures: 50° F - 55° F (10° C - 12° C)

Grape Varieties: Lambrusco di Sorbara e Lambrusco Salamino vinificati in rosato.

Food Paring: this wine may be served throughout the meal, as well as with traditional Emilian dishes.Iit goes splendidly with antipasti, and all delicate foods.
