in the Modena region of Emilia-Romagna in Northern Italy.Cella
Blush-Rosato is rich, complex and soft with the taste of fruit
that ends dry. The wine has a pale pink color with purple highlights.
Its bouquet is delicate and fresh with distinct notes of violets.
On the palate it is well-balanced and fragrant.
Servings temperatures: 50° F - 55° F (10°
C - 12° C)
Grape Varieties: Lambrusco Salamino and Lambrusco Marani
Food Paring:Excellent as an aperitif and a wonderful
